How long have you been in business and what drives you to serve our community?
Cascade Medical Associates has been providing emergency and occupational medicine service for over 40 years. Our goal is to provide the best care possible in order to keep our community healthy and prosperous.
Are there new programs or initiatives you are investing in or providing for our community? (Or how is your business unique)
In 2020, Cascade Medical Associates created a telemedicine program offering virtual assessment and treatment of non-emergent medical conditions. We have developed the program to now provide partnership opportunities with local businesses so that their employees can receive convenient and timely medical evaluations and care. Our goal is to help the local workforce be as healthy as possible so that businesses can reach their full potential.
What is it about Eugene/Springfield that you enjoy the most or what do you enjoy most about what you do?
Cascade Medical Associates is a group of medical practitioners that are passionate about providing excellent medical care. We are developing ways to make a positive impact and truly enjoy being a support system for the community.
Has any business become an unexpected companion/partner? Or tell us about some of the partnerships or success stories you may have with area businesses.
Our telemedicine program was originally developed during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to provide COVID-19 testing and evaluations. Over the last three years, we have collaborated with many area businesses to provide prompt and accurate medical evaluations in order to minimize sick days and get employees back to work. We are excited about the expansion of the program and growing our relationships with area businesses.
How has your collaboration with the Chamber impacted your business?
Very early on our founding partner, Richard Abraham, MD knew the importance of joining the Eugene Chamber and partnering with such a great asset in our community.
